New Artist Renderings Preview Things to Come

Alpine Village is redefining downtown McCall, and these drawings provide a captivating glimpse into the future of what owning a condominium residence or locating a business here will be like.

Construction Update

Since our groundbreaking back in October, we have made great progress on foundation work, footings and site improvements. As temperatures and snow have started to fall here in McCall, and to ensure the highest standard of construction, we have planned a slightly longer construction period rather than battle the winter elements. Vertical progress will accelerate once temperatures break in late February and early March.

In addition to the central plaza, parking and landscaping, Phase One includes 25 of the project's 100+ residential condominiums. Distinctive one to four bedroom residences on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors feature splendid lake, plaza and mountain views. Approximately 17,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space will be ready for business (subsequent phases will increase the commercial space to over 36,000 square feet).

New Staff Announcement

We are pleased to welcome Kristin Amarante to the Alpine Village Development Company team. She is taking on the role of Project Coordinator and will be working out of our new Sales and Information Center.  

Kristin was born and raised on Long Island, NY and received her B.A. in Journalism and a Masters Degree in English at the State University of New York at New Paltz. For three years she covered hospitality news and trends as a staff editor for Hotel Interactive Magazine. Most recently she worked as a sales associate and office manager for Community Real Estate Company in McCall.

New Sales and Information Office to Open on
January 1st

Now that Alpine Village is beginning to take shape, we are opening an on-site sales and information office. Cory Corbet and Kristin Amarante will be on hand daily to answer any questions you may have and to offer tours. We are located at the construction site at 600 N. Third St. - just three blocks south of Payette Lake.

Inside is a design center complete with a full kitchen and displays on available finish packages. View floor plans for each of the condominiums and consult with design professionals on creating your special Alpine Village residence. A detailed 3D scale model of the entire property will be completed and in the office by late January or early February.

Residential Reservations Still Available
(But Hurry!)

Our reservation program is up and running, offering you a rare window of opportunity: the priority option to choose the finest residences available in Downtown McCall.   Those already on the reservation list are very excited at the prospect of living in this groundbreaking mixed-use community with easy access to shops, restaurants and recreational opportunities.  

There are only 25 condominium residences now under construction in Phase One.   These represent some of the best locations and view corridors in all of Alpine Village. In fact, reservation holders will have a unique chance to tour the building in the late stage of framing before our sales launch and contract commitment date. Based on the number of reservations we have already received since the program was launched, Phase One condominiums will be spoken for quickly.

Making your reservation is easy: simply sign up and provide a fully refundable reservation deposit. You are then added to the list in the numerical order of when your reservation is received. In the Summer of '08, the sales process begins and you will have secured your "place in line" to then choose the residence you prefer.
