Construction Update: Firetower Building Set To Gain Another Floor

The arrival of summer always generates a buzz in McCall, especially with the great progress being made at the Alpine Village construction site. Our building team is right on schedule as first floor steel framing is complete and upper floor wood framing is just underway. Reservation holders can look forward to framing-stage tours by late summer or early fall.

Streetscape work has begun as well. Sidewalks are being poured and landscaping has begun along 3rd Street, a welcome addition for pedestrians in the downtown area. Plus, pavers that will be used for the central plaza are being laid around the Sales and Information center.

Phase One includes construction of the central plaza and the Firetower Building, which features 27 condominium residences and approximately 17,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space. Occupancy is set for Spring, 2009.

Two Business Tenants Signed and Our Residential Reservation List Grows

Alpine Village is pleased to announce that two long-time McCall businesses will be relocating to the prime plaza-level office and retail real estate available in Phase One. The Idaho State Liquor Dispensary has leased an ample 3,000 square foot space, and Epikos LLC, Land Planning + Architecture, McCall’s leading planner and developer of resort and residential communities (including Alpine Village), will occupy approximately 2,800 square feet of office space.

We are proud that these respected local businesses are a part our smart growth, mixed-use community. Stay tuned for announcements throughout the summer on more retail and dining tenants coming to Alpine Village.

Stop By This Fourth of July Weekend

McCall is one of the most popular weekend gathering and vacation destinations in the Northwest. In between fishing excursions, day hikes in Ponderosa State Park and morel mushroom hunts, we hope you come by our Sales and Information Center during the long weekend. It will be a great opportunity to check out construction progress, see floor plans and site renderings and walk through the design center kitchen.

Located three blocks south of Payette Lake at 600 North 3rd St. (Hwy 55) at Washington Street, the Center will be open daily throughout the holiday weekend from 9 am to 6 pm.
