Spring Construction Update

Now that warmer weather has begun to arrive here in McCall, our crew is hard at work on the first phase of Alpine Village. After digging out from the near record snowfall this past winter, we are on schedule to go vertical by the end of May. The first shipment of steel is arriving by mid-month with framing to begin immediately thereafter.

Phase One entails the construction of the central plaza and the tentatively named Firetower Building, which features 27 condominium residences and approximately 17,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space. Occupancy is set for Spring of 2009. Since Alpine Village is changing the face of real estate development in McCall, we thought our Website should follow suit. We have enhanced the site with plenty of useful features that include:

• The new Alpine Village Blog provides regular progress updates on the project, reports on local news and events, and shares tips on what to do in McCall
• A comprehensive guide to McCall includes an area profile and links to outdoor activities and local attractions – check the event calendar and learn about Smart Growth in this active mountain resort destination
• Easy to view floorplans for each floor of Phase One
• An interactive site plan elaborates on the entire development and its key design and smart growth features

Visions of Things to Come

A bright new rendering of Alpine Village, as viewed from Third Street/Hwy. 55, is now available for viewing in our on-site Sales and Information Center. You can also click here to get a glimpse of the future of downtown McCall. In addition, Bella Kitchen of McCall has enhanced the décor of the walk-in kitchen in our Design Center. Look for new photos on our Website shortly.

Also, everyone is welcome to come by our Sales and Information Center, located at 3rd Street and Washington, on the 4th of July for a free barbeque. It will be a great opportunity to meet members of the sales and design teams, view renderings and to check out the detailed 3D scale model of this mixed-use development.

Welcome To Our New Reservation Holders!

Two more new residential reservations were submitted this month - one hailing from Boise and the other from Seattle. We thank you for your interest in living at downtown McCall’s new signature address!

As the number of potential residents grows, we are in the process of organizing a series of fun, interesting and uniquely McCall events exclusively for reservation holders. Formal invitations are coming soon, so stay tuned.
