Our Sales and Information Office is Officially Open

As 2008 rang in, our new on-site sales and information office opened its doors. Even though Phase One construction is on a temporary hiatus due to the cold weather and high volumes of snow, there is plenty to see.

Displays and a design center will include a full condominium model kitchen, examples of interior finish packages and detailed floor plans. Members of our development team will be on hand to help you personalize the look and finish of your Alpine Village residence. A remarkably detailed 3D scale model of the entire property is on schedule for installation in the center by late January or early February.

Getting Involved

Winter in McCall is a special time. It's a place where families and friends from around the Northwest and the world get together to celebrate, ski, and even play a round of snowshoe golf. As we grow, so does our involvement in the community. Alpine Village is participating as a co-sponsor of both the McCall Winter Carnival and the 2008 Masters World Cup Nordic ski competition.

Both of these events are highly anticipated by McCall residents and visitors alike. From January 25th to February 3rd, the Carnival plays host to live concerts downtown, light parades, fireworks over Payette Lake, and the Idaho State Snow Sculpting Championships - look for our entry in the sculpture contest at our construction site. The Masters World Cup, from February 28th to March 8th, brings to Idaho many of the top masters Nordic skiers in the world for a week of racing at Ponderosa State Park. We will be having an open house reception for the general public on Friday, February 15th at the Information Center. Anyone interested in learning more about living or owning a business at Alpine Village is welcome to attend. Snacks and beverages will be provided.

Then on Saturday, February 16th, all reservation holders are invited to a private hosted event at Jug Mountain Ranch. Activities planned by our development and sales team include a Nordic ski outing, snowshoe treks, wine tasting, and a four course dinner. Come and experience the McCall lifestyle while learning more about what condominium ownership will offer.
