Come To Our Public Open House This Friday

The Alpine Village sales and development team is pleased to host an open house for the general public this Friday, February 15th at our new Sales and Information Center. Stop by between 5pm and 7pm to learn more about this mixed-use residential condominium and commercial real estate development that is recognized as the coming of age of downtown McCall growth. This event will be held at the Information Center located on the construction site at 600 N. Third St. - just three blocks south of Payette Lake.

Attendees can view striking project renderings and experience the design center that includes a full condominium model kitchen along with examples of interior finish packages and detailed floor plans. A remarkably detailed 3D scale model of the entire property is on schedule for installation in the center later this month.

Winter Carnival Roundup

Alpine Village acted as a co-sponsor of the 2008 McCall Winter Carnival this year and it was a rousing success. From January 25th to February 3rd, the Carnival featured soul, rock, and jazz concerts, comedians, fireworks over Payette Lake, and the colorful Mardi Gras Parade. Our entry in the Idaho State Snow Sculpting Championships was a fan favorite, getting rave reviews from our visitors. Thanks to all for coming out to support these great community events.

Masters World Cup is Approaching Fast

The 2008 Masters World Cup Nordic ski competition, held February 28th to March 8th, brings to Idaho many of the top masters Nordic skiers in the world for a week of racing at Ponderosa State Park. This is a very special and rare opportunity to see some of the strongest athletes on skis compete right in our own backyard. We are a proud co-sponsor of this event and look forward to seeing you there.

More Events for Reservation Holders This Weekend

On Saturday, February 16th, all reservation holders are invited to a private hosted event at Jug Mountain Ranch. Activities planned by our development and sales team include a Nordic ski outing, snowshoe treks, wine tasting, and a four course dinner. This is a great way to experience the McCall lifestyle while learning more about what condominium ownership will offer.

If you haven't submitted a reservation yet, now is the time. Simply sign up and provide a fully refundable reservation deposit. You are then added to the list in the numerical order of when your reservation is received. In the Summer of 2008, the sales process begins and you will have secured your "place in line" to then choose the residence you prefer. And to help you select your future home, prior to purchase we will offer a unique chance to walk through the residences in the framing stage of construction to experience their interior space and view corridors.
