Alpine Village Signs Two New Tenants

Wraptor
We are excited to announce the signing of a new locally-owned restaurant, Wraptor, set to open this December. Wraptor will be serving wraps, rice bowls, tacos, salads and homemade baked goods. Owned and operated by Annie Burd, Wraptor will be offer a fast, delicious and healthy new dining alternative in downtown McCall. Whether you need a portable meal to take with you for a day on Payette Lake or are looking for a fun and casual spot to have a relaxing lunch or dinner with friends, this will be the place for you. An outdoor deck and plaza seating will be available in the summer months, and future plans call for rotating local art exhibits and open mic nights for area musicians. Wraptor will be open for lunch and dinner.

First American Title
We are also happy to welcome First American Title as a new commercial tenant. First American Title of Valley County has been an Idaho-owned company since 1904, and has been located in Valley County for the past thirteen years. They specialize in title and escrow services, as well as 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, and more. With their relocation, they will bring four employees to the new 2,700 square foot office space at Alpine Village. This relocation adds to the range of residences and businesses - restaurants, retail and now commercial - that will make up the Alpine Village plaza and help create a vibrant downtown business center in McCall. Space improvements and office construction has already begun, and First American Title is planning on occupancy by early January 2010. 

Oktoberfest a Big Success!
Alpine Village hosted McCall's First Annual Oktoberfest last weekend. Attendance was fantastic, with estimates of over 600 people there  throughout the day! The weather was nice until some rain in the afternoon - it didn't dampen the mood, however, and most stayed to continue sampling the beer and listen to the great live music. Thanks to all who came out to enjoy this fall day with us!
