Richard Hormaechea

Participates in strategic planning for real estate product development and phasing, overall business management for related family entities, and direct management for the company’s ongoing cattle feeding business.

Tom Saltarella

Thomas Saltarella, a native New Yorker, moved to Idaho in 1998 in pursuit of a better quality of life. He loves to hunt and fish, and any other outdoor activityimaginable. Favorite pastimes are spending time with wife Kristin, and son Hudson in the beautiful wilderness of Idaho. He currently holds the record for the widest spread shiraz moose harvested in the lower 48 states. Tom has been with Alpine Village since its opening in 2009, and brings 29 years worth of residential and commercial construction experience.

Kristin Amarante

Director of Owner Services and Events
Kristin Amarante, an adventurer, whose view of the world is influenced by a life of experiences, growing up in and around New York City, moved to McCall, Idaho in 2006 after completing a Master’s Degree in Literature. Her favorite hobbies include everything from camping, hiking and morel mushroom picking to exercise, yoga, music and fiction writing, although spending time with her husband and son seem to trump everything else when it comes to preferred pastimes. Kristin joined the Alpine Village team in December of 2007, before ground was broken on the first building. Since then she has organized all Alpine Village events from big to small, and enjoys watching the evolution of the project as it blossoms into a beloved community destination.
